The company's patented systems enable its customers to make ASTM-quality biodiesel inexpensively from a wide array of sources (used cooking oils, virgin oil seed crops, animal fats), thereby assuring availability of a locally-produced, low cost, cleaner burning and renewable fuel source.

Melisa Lasell established bt-media press agency in the 90's and has promoted in Europe and other global regions prestigious brands and names such as Asics, BMW, Corian®, FOC, Missoni, Jean Nouvel, Karim Rashid, Janne Kyttanen and countless others. Since early 2000, she has focused on brands working within a context of sustainability. In 2010, she founded California Dream Week to help promote a culture of international cultural awareness amongst American youth, within the context of a sustainability design competition and fund raising festival.

About KURT STAPELFELDT
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa; living in Milan, Italy, since 2003. Graduated in 2006 from the Istituto Europeo di Design of Milan. Thesis project with BM on domestic energy savings. 2006-2007 collaborates with arch. Sergio Calatroni and Bloomscape Architecture, winner of Esprit Design Academy Award 2007, and later founds in the same year GrayscaleDesign, a multi disciplinary design studio focusing on commercial, residential and socially inclusive projects. Since 2009, Staplefeldt conducts an appointment as course teacher at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design). Staplefeldt is also a founding partner of Artifactory, an integrated consultancy which operates within the field of design, architecture and communication, with an objective to explore the intellectual potential of undiscovered talents and to promote new ideas and projects. Artifactory is currently promoting "Leratong Joy for One" preschool project, which aims to rebuild a preschool in Alexandra township, replacing the existing 210 sq meter building.
